Modern concepts and technologies
XBintegrator Business Integration Server is based on modern concepts and technologies, which enables you to integrate applications and to exchange data using open standards (SOA and Web services) and technologies (ESB – Enterprise service Bus).
XBintegrator is a server application developed in Java and can be installed on 3 important systems namely, IBM system I, Windows and Linux.
Core component
The server application is controlled by an administrator client. The ESB applications are using a central queuing system to send messages between different components. This system is self-regulating. It offers load balancing and disaster recovery functions and is a very important component of the solution. A strong trump of XBintegrator is the fact that the customer is able to qualify the queuing engine by himself. Invenso supports every, on JMS based, queing engine and the IBM Webspshere MQ.
Other components
Furthermore, XBintegrator consists of interfaces, processors and clients.
- Interfaces are the entrances to offer data for processing. XBintegrator provides four different interface modules to allow communication from almost anywhere.
- Processors deliver services to the data offered through the interfaces, directly or by using actions. Actions are advanced, on bus level defined controller scripts and they describe how data flows between processors.
- Some XBintegrator processors have an individual client to declare or develop solutions.
